ICITP a professional body for the South African ICT sector has partnered with the International Council of Electronic Commerce Consultants, EC Council, arguably the world’s best InfoSec & cybersecurity certification & skills provider. The two organisations have launched a campaign to tackle South Africa’s cybersecurity concerns and demand for more practitioners of the much needed critical and scarce skill.

These skills interventions are recognised as Professional Learning Programmes (PLP), referring to PIVOTAL programmes to ensure all learning is credit-bearing for candidates involved. This means skills & training providers as well as ICT companies or employers now have access to accreditation to deliver these Professional Learning Programme (PLP).
